Hi, I am Aleks. I learned my splits as an adult using science.... Soon after I started stretching, I started studying physiotherapy and quickly learned that the things my instructors were telling me were completely wrong. There is no official training to become a flexible teacher so I also don't blame them.  Injuries were common, and if you stopped progressing, you just had to have faith in the flexibility gods to get unstuck. This is why I started applying my university learnings and newest flexibility and fitness science to my stretching practice, and it made me progress significantly faster than my peers. I then started sharing my knowledge in classes and privates where my clients got amazing results without any "bad pain". Therefore in this course, I have put all my science knowledge and coaching experience together to reach people beyond the city I live in so we can all enjoy the fun in stretching and achieving something extraordinary.

MIDDLE SPLIT COURSE CONTENT

MODULE 1:

Introduction to stretching by science videos. These contain my best tips for stretching to get results fast and safe + middle splits science and flexibility science explained.  

4 weeks of stretching videos consisting of:

3 x 20 min middle splits stretching sessions per week. Each video is different and includes a warm-up, active flexibility, passive flexibility,  PNF stretching and more. 

Each video comes with verbal explanations and guidance, just like in a live follow-along class. 

These videos are carefully designed and will suit both a complete beginner and those who already have experience stretching. They are also designed to be repeated as you progress and get deeper into your splits. 

This is, therefore, the only course you will need to get from zero to full flat splits! 

MODULE 2 and 3 

The 4 weeks of videos you just did in Part 1 but now without my voice.

Module 2 contains all videos with added music and timer.

Module 3 contains all videos with just timer so you can play your own playlist.

This is meant to be repeated as you progress and until you are in flat splits! If you forget technique or need more guidance, you simply come back to Part 1.
